Refunds & Returns

If for any reason you aren't happy with your purchase, your must return it to us in an unused condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price excluding the original postage costs.  

Please note, you are required to pay the return postage unless the item received was faulty.

In the event goods are received damaged or are faulty, a replacement or refund will be arranged.  We kindly ask you notify us within 24hrs along with photographic evidence if this is the case.  We cannot be held responsible for damages reported after this period.
